Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Cancellations: In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a training course, the following guidelines apply:

• More than 14 days prior to the course start date: A full refund will be provided.
• 7 to 14 days prior to the course start date: A 50% refund will be provided.
• Less than 7 days prior to the course start date: No refund will be provided.

2. Course Rescheduling: If a participant needs to reschedule their course to a different date, the following conditions apply:

• Requests to reschedule more than 14 days prior to the original course start date will be accommodated, subject to availability.
• Requests to reschedule within 7 to 14 days prior to the original course start date may incur a rescheduling fee.

3. Course Cancellations by CIT Ltd: In rare circumstances, CIT Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure. In such cases, CIT Ltd will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible and provide the option to transfer to a future course or receive a full refund.
